White-Hawks are rare birds with a genetic mutation that inhibits melanin production, giving them a striking white appearance. Whether it’s due to the bird’s symbolism or just the sound, it’s a fitting name for a brand built around an uncommon Dominican blend from our friend Hostos.

We were drawn to the blend immediately—something that surprised Hostos, given his initial reluctance to use this combination. The result is a bold, complex profile featuring sweet and savory notes of cloves, nutmeg, berries, sourdough, and peanuts.
